Limited Company. B.V. is similar to LLC limited type of corporation in Netherlands. Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides products described herein to you (”you” or “customer”) on the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). When you purchase our products, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Please note that bcseeds.com.com does not sells, handles or ships cannabis seeds. On bcseeds.com.com you will find only links and references to seeds suppliers.

General

   1. You acknowledge and guarantee that by using the Services you have reached the age of 19 years.
   2. You undertake to duly comply with all instructions stated on the Website by, among other things, providing true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself.
   3. You undertake to update information about yourself within ten (10) days of any changes.
   4.Your use (accessing, browsing, buying, etc.) of this site is your legal agreement to the policies, terms and conditions above. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations; including exports and re-exports control regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.
   5. We may change or withdraw any part of thcseeds.com at any time without notice.
   6. Due to the nature of the internet there may be interruptions to services or website availability due to repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new services. We will naturally try to minimise these instances and strive to avoid any "down time".
   7. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable
   8. All products and services are subject to availability. We try to keep accurate stock levels, however in the event of an item being out of stock it will be deleted from your order or replaced with a similar product.
   9. Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.
   10. We never given others permission to distribute our seeds to or within countries where trade of hemp/cannabis seed is illegal. However, there seem to be companies stating they can deliver our Seeds anywhere in the world. Please refrain from buying seeds from these companies.  
11. Our seeds are intended for medical and research purposes only. We will not accept responsibility for any other intended use. Check your local and federal laws before ordering from us. Importing, stocking and supplying cannabis seeds is not subject to regulation in pursuance of the 1961 Single Treaty on Narcotics. In countries such as the Netherlands (Holland), freedom to trade Cannabis seeds is clearly incorporated in the national Opium or Narcotics Act legislation. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The district court in Amsterdam has the exclusive jurisdiction regarding any and all disputes relating to these Terms. Unfortunately, regulation and implementation with respect to cannabis seeds often differs from country to country. For this reason we advise you as a matter of urgency to make inquiries about the regulations governing your country or region. Sometimes exemption can be obtained for industrial, medicinal and agricultural applications. In a number of countries trading in cannabis seeds does not require a permit. However, a notification requirement is sometimes imposed in the event that cannabis seeds are exported for the purposes mentioned above. If the notification requirement is applicable, you should inform us or the authorities or both in good time. We dispatch our seeds with the reservation that they will not be used by third parties in conflict with the law. We do not wish to induce anyone to act in conflict with the law. We expressly point out that all those who purchase our seeds are responsible for their actions in the future. We will accept no responsibility in this respect.
   6. We sell and ships products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. We reserve the rights to refuse or cancel your order if we suspects you are purchasing for resale.

No unlawful or prohibited use
You undertake not to use the Services for illegal purposes or contrary to these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Use or any, if such is the case, other applicable terms.

Restriction/termination
We reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time for any reason whatsoever without prior notice or liability. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the Terms and Conditions and/or Terms of Use, (b) requests by law enforcement, (c) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, and (d) extended periods of inactivity.

Credit Card / Debit / Check Card / Payment Use
If you are paying with a credit card, you agree that the card is valid and you are the cardholder. Third party credit card payments will not be accepted. All credit card orders will receive a telephone call from the billing department and may be asked to provide a photo-copied Drivers License as well as front and back of the credit card accompanied with the cardholder's signature. If your order was determined by us to be fraudulent, all information will be forwarded to the appropriate authorities for investigation. Debit cards and check cards may have daily spending limits that could delay the processing of your order substantially.

Offers/ Agreement
All offers made by us are without commitment until you have received the acknowledged of acceptance from us, by which the agreement is concluded. You are aware of the technical steps leading to the conclusion of the agreement, whether the agreement shall be archived and is accessible, and the languages in which the agreement can be drawn up. We are not obliged to supply information to you with respect to the above prior to the conclusion of the agreement.

Delivery and shipping info
Shipping time is dependent upon not only on our mail service, but of course also on the service in your country, therefore we can only give an approx shipping time which we know from experience.
The time of shipment has a maximum of thirty days from the time of billing. In case we are not able to deliver the product(s) within thirty days, we shall inform you immediately in writing (e-mail, fax or letter) in which case you are entitled to change the product to another product that we currently have in stock at the same or lesser value by notifying such in writing (e-mail, fax or letter). Regarding your order(s), we are not responsible for any lost packages by the mail service. We send our orders by priority mail. There is always a risk of loss and you should be aware of this before ordering. We offer stealth registered delivery by priority mail and we trust delivery will be made on the same conditions. We will not accept any responsibility for loss in this respect.

Guaranteed Delivery
We fully guarantee shipment after full payment. If shipping information is incorrect, we will wait until the product or package has been returned before re-shipping.

Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE STORE OWNERS, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY PARTIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.

  1. We will not be liable in the event that the defect has been fully or partially caused by any incorrect, improper, careless or incompetent use and/of if you have made any modifications to the products.
   2. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, our subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, agents or any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering of the Website or the Services against any and all claims of third parties due to or arising out of your use of the Services and/or your violation of the Terms and Conditions.

Evidence
Our administration counts as, unless the contrary is proven, conclusive evidence of the orders which are given by you, your payments to us and the services. You acknowledge that electronic communication can be used in evidence.

Customs
We do not guarantee that customs does not confiscate the products ordered by you. If such is the case we will not refund any payments to you.

Payment
In the event of non-payment for whatever reason, you will automatically be in default and will owe the legal interest on the total amount invoiced from the date due and all expenses of the collection of payments incurred by us.

Miscellaneous
   1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions.
   2. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. the district court of Westminster, London has the exclusive jurisdiction regarding any and all disputes relating to these Terms.
   3. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
   4. These Terms constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all prior and contemporaneous agreements of the parties relating to the subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then such invalidity or unenforceability shall not have any effect on any other provision of these Terms, all of which shall remain in full force and effect.

By ordering products you are agreeing unconditionally to all terms as described in this disclaimer. These terms may be changed at any time without notice, so you are advised to read them over prior to each order to keep up to date.
