Recently I wake and and all my joints are inflamed and I can barely move. I wake up and light up a joint, take a few drags and wait 5 minutes and the pain is gone enough I can get moving around. I like to have a hot shower, do some stretches and then I smoke more with my coffee, it changes my mood to positive and I am more active now and happier.
